Servings Per Container: 4-6 servings.
Step-by-step instruction
Liver pate is a delicious snack that can be easily made with a blender at home from beef or chicken liver. Homemade pate made with your own hands according to this recipe with a photo can be used by children and people who adhere to a healthy and proper diet (PP).
Butter is not used in the composition, due to which the dish is low-calorie, but if desired, it can be added in portions before serving the snack on the table. From vegetables, you only need carrots and onions, you can take any spices, but it is better to limit yourself to salt and pepper so as not to oversaturate the aroma of the snack. Ready-made classic pate can be stored in a jar or dish with a tight-fitting lid for 1-2 weeks.
Step 1
Rinse the beef liver thoroughly under running water, remove the film and blood clots, if any. Pat dry the offal with a kitchen paper towel.
