Step 1

You need to start preparing an appetizing vegetarian lasagna using the step-by-step photo recipe by preparing the required ingredients. Prepare everything you need by placing mushrooms, peppers, onions, herbs, lasagna sheets on the work surface. Put the olives in a separate bowl (you can take stuffed, for example, with vegetables, it will be even tastier), in a sauce bowl - tomato paste. Also take out the olive oil, salt, black pepper and spices. If everything is ready, you can start cooking.

Step 2

The mushrooms must be peeled, washed, dried and cut into slices first. Leave a few nice slices for garnish and chop the rest of the mushrooms into small cubes. Wash the bell peppers, remove the stalk and seeds. Then the vegetable should be finely chopped. Peel the onions, wash, dry and chop in a convenient way. Cut the olives into thin slices. Send the frying pan with vegetable oil to the stove and wait until glowing. Then put mushrooms, peppers, onions, olives in a frying bowl, add tomato paste, spices, salt and black pepper. Stir well and simmer over low heat until mushrooms are tender (they should become soft).
