Step 1

You need to start cooking with the preparation of vegetables. First, you should thoroughly wash the tomatoes and eggplant under running water. Then dry them. Tomatoes should be cut into thin slices, and the blue one - into thin strips.

Now you need to prepare the chicken meat. We need a fillet or breast (first clean it from films and bones, if any). The selected meat must be washed, dried, and then cut into portioned pieces, cutting lengthwise so that the pieces are obtained, like into chops.

Next, you should take a small container and drive in one chicken egg. After that, peel off 3-4 cloves of garlic, wash and dry. Use a garlic press to squeeze the vegetable into the egg container. In the absence of such a kitchen device, the garlic will have to be finely chopped with a sharp knife.
