Servings Per Container: 2 Servings.
Step-by-step instruction
Oven fish and chips is a tasty and healthy dish that is prepared without adding sour cream and cheese, so that baked bream can be eaten by people who adhere to a healthy and proper diet (PP). The dressing for potatoes with whole fish carcasses is prepared on the basis of mustard with the addition of natural honey and balsamic vinegar. You can use any seasonings in this recipe with a photo, but given that the smell of the dressing will be pronounced, a large amount of spices can clog the aroma of the dish.
The fish is cooked in the oven for about 35-40 minutes, depending on the size of the carcass. Optionally, the dressing can only be added to the potatoes, and the fish can simply be put on top to get a golden brown crust, or grease all the ingredients together.
Step 1
Take potatoes, peel them, rinse the tubers under running water and cut into medium sized pieces. Rinse the fish, peel off the scales, clean the abdominal cavity from the viscera and a thin black film. Remove the gills and upper fin. Rinse the bream thoroughly again, trimming the tail and fins if desired. In a bowl, combine the required amount of mustard with honey and balsamic vinegar, add a little water, salt and spices as desired. The amount of liquid can be adjusted according to preference to make the sauce thicker or thinner. Transfer the potatoes to a deep bowl and add the sauce, mix thoroughly. Then do the same with the fish carcasses.

Step 2
Grease a baking dish with a thin layer of vegetable oil, put a layer of potatoes, and put the carcasses of bream on top. Place the roast in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes (until tender). If the fish starts to burn, then the mold can be covered with foil. Delicious fish with potatoes in the oven is ready. Serve hot. You can lay out the fish separately, garnished with lemon slices and a sprig of rosemary, or serve with potatoes, as in the first photo. Enjoy your meal!
