How is drying different from regular weight loss?

Despite the fact that drying the body also provides for getting rid of fat accumulations, it should in no way be confused with regular weight loss. These are fundamentally different concepts.

If the goal of normal weight loss is to reduce body weight and volume, then proper body drying for girls involves a clearer drawing of the muscle relief by reducing the layer of fatty tissue.

That is why proper drying is complex and includes a number of activities designed to bring the body into ideal shape, namely:

  • physical exercise;
  • special meals;
  • sports nutrition;
  • vitamin complexes;
  • rejection of bad habits;
  • correct exit from drying.

Remember! Muscle fibers are “broken down” much faster than fat. That is why nutrition for drying the body for girls should be based on the use of a large amount of proteins, but in no case should carbohydrates be completely excluded from the diet. Unless, of course, you want to keep your muscles in full.

To understand the mechanisms of drying, you should make a small excursion into the physiology of our body. As we all know, carbohydrates provide energy to the body. And here it should be remembered that anything that is too much is not healthy. Therefore, with an excess of carbohydrates, the glycogen contained in the muscles and liver begins to turn into fatty deposits. And with a lack of carbohydrates, the body, in an attempt to get energy, begins to break down muscle tissue.
