Everything will depend on how correctly you approach the construction of the training program, because if you just run the same distance at the same pace every day, there will be little effect. And plus, it is advisable to follow the proper nutrition program. In general, if you unequivocally answer this question, then yes - you can lose weight by jogging. But you need to know the nuances.
