The Pineapple Banana Smoothie is a delicious natural energy shake that's easy to make at home with a blender. Thanks to the beneficial properties of pineapple, smoothies help accelerate metabolism, which, in turn, leads to weight loss.

Only fresh pineapple can be used to prepare a diet drink, since the canned fruit contains a lot of sugar, which automatically cancels all the benefits of the cocktail and turns it into a high-calorie drink.

You need to take a ripe banana, with a bright yellow peel, which in some places began to darken. It is recommended to use only purified water in this recipe with a photo.

Step 1

Take a pineapple and use a sharp kitchen knife to peel it, and then cut the pulp into small pieces, about 2 by 2 cm. Place the fruit in the blender bowl. Grind a little at low speed.
