AMINOx by BSN - Supplement Review

AMINOx is an effervescent dietary supplement from BSN that contains essential amino acids. Available in powder form. Manufactured using the technology of complete solubility in liquid with retention of properties (Instantized). Recommended for athletes to improve endurance, effective recovery and muscle gain.

Composition

BAA is produced on the basis of 20 servings - 300 g, 30 servings - 435 g and 70 servings - 1,010 g.

The composition includes:

• Micronized essential amino acids (BCAA complex - branched-chain amino carboxylic acids: valine, leucine and isoleucine) as well as lysine, methionine, threonine, tryptophan and phenylalanine.
• Vitamin D.
• The tricarboxylic acids of the Krebs cycle are citric and malic acids.
• Carbohydrates.
• Stabilizers and flavors.

1 serving of dietary supplement contains 14.5 g of powder, which accounts for 10 g of amino acids ("anabolic matrix") and 1 g of carbohydrates.

The additive has different flavors depending on the flavor used:

Admission rules

Supplements can be taken during, before or after training. To do this, stir 1 scoop of the supplement in a glass of water (180 ml) or in any other drink.

It is better to use ordinary drinking water at room temperature as a solvent, since the additive already has its own taste (except for the classic one).

According to the manufacturer's recommendations, the best effect is obtained by using the supplement twice a day - 30 minutes before training and 30 minutes later. On days free from training, the dietary supplement is taken once a day.

It is allowed to take two servings at a time at high intensity of loads. The recommended course duration is 1-3 months. The break must be at least 30 days.

AMINOx can be combined with other dietary supplements (gainer, pre-workout, protein, creatine). For better assimilation, the daily volume of water consumed should exceed 3 liters.
