Servings Per Container: 3 Servings.
Step-by-step instruction
Salmon steak in a skillet is a delicious dish that can be prepared quickly at home. The fish is first fried in a pan, and then stewed a little with finely chopped vegetables such as tomato, white and purple onions, garlic and chili peppers for spiciness. To fry a juicy steak, you need to follow the simple recommendations from the step-by-step photo recipe described below.
You can also use butter instead of vegetable oil for cooking to add a milky flavor and a softer texture to the dish.
It is better to use steaks fresh rather than frozen, otherwise the piece may fall apart during frying.
Step 1
Take fresh fish, if necessary, peel off the scales, gut the abdominal cavity and cut into portions. Rinse thoroughly so that no dark film remains on the inside of the pieces, then pat dry on a paper kitchen towel. When the steaks are dry, rub each bite with salt.

Step 2
Peel a few garlic cloves and cut each in half. Remove the seeds from the red chili and cut the vegetable into small rings. Take a non-stick frying pan, brush with a thin layer of vegetable oil with a silicone brush and spread out the halves of the garlic. After 1-2 minutes, add the salmon steaks, transfer the garlic from the bottom of the pan to the fish and add the chili. Fry the fish over low heat with the lid closed for 5 minutes.

Step 3
Wash the bell peppers, herbs, and tomato. Peel the onions. Cut all vegetables and herbs into small pieces and place in the pan with salmon, season with any spices to taste. Turn the steaks over to the other side, cover and simmer over low heat for another 7-10 minutes (until tender).
