Cybermass Soy Protein - Protein Supplement Review

Protein is found in many sports nutrition products and is very popular with healthy lifestyle enthusiasts. Renowned for the high quality of its products, Cybermass has developed the Soy Protein supplement, which can be an excellent substitute for proteins found in animal foods.

The supplement is ideal for those who are lactose intolerant or on a variety of specialized diets. Soy protein, which is part of Cybermass Soy Protein, activates metabolic processes in the body, due to which excess fat is burned and weight is reduced (source in English - book Soybean, Nutrition and Health, by Sherif M. Hassan, 2012). The low content of carbohydrates and fats allows the use of the supplement during periods of intensive preparation or drying of the body. Fructose, used in the supplement as a sweetener, weakly stimulates insulin secretion and can enter cells without its participation, unlike glucose and other sugars, which allows even diabetics to take this sports nutrition (source - Wikipedia).

Release form

Cybermass Soy Protein is available in a plastic tube with a screw cap and foil wrapping. The volume can be 840 or 1200 grams. The manufacturer offers a choice of two flavors: cream biscuits and chocolate.

Composition

One serving of the supplement contains:

  • Fat - 0.1 g.
  • Carbohydrates - 0.5 g.
  • Sugar - 1 g.
  • Protein - 23.1 g.

The energy value of a portion is 95.3 kcal.

Additive components: Owl protein isolate (non-GMO), fructose, alkalized cocoa powder (as part of the chocolate flavor additive), lecithin, flavor identical to natural, xanthan gum, edible salt, sucralose.

Instructions for use

To prepare a cocktail, you need to dissolve a spoonful of the additive (30 grams of powder) in a glass of any non-carbonated liquid; you can use a shaker for quick mixing.

  1. On training days, it is recommended to take 3 servings of the supplement: one an hour before training, the second half an hour after its end, and the third in the morning before breakfast.
  2. On rest days, 2 servings of the drink are sufficient: in the morning and in the afternoon between meals.
  3. The day following an intense workout, you can drink 3 shakes throughout the day between meals to speed up your recovery.

Contraindications

The supplement is not recommended for lactating women, pregnant women, and persons under 18 years of age. Individual intolerance to the components is possible.
