A simple step-by-step photo recipe for quick cooking apples stuffed with raisins and dates and baked in the oven is described below.
Servings Per Container: 4 Servings.
Step-by-step instruction
Stuffed apples are a delicious, moderately sweet dessert that is easy to make with your own hands at home. The apples are baked in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. The filling consists of walnuts, raisins and dates (pitted), but not candied, but natural, as well as brown / cane sugar and cinnamon.
Tip: in the step-by-step photo recipe described below, you need to grind walnuts to the state of flour, but if you don't have a blender, you can grind the nuts in a mortar or using a rolling pin, rolling them on a kitchen board.
Step 1
Use ripe, firm apples with no external skin damage or dents. Rinse thoroughly under running water and pat dry with a paper tea towel, or simply leave to dry naturally.

Step 2
In order to prepare the filling, you need to take a blender and grind the walnuts with brown sugar and a small amount of dates (from which the seeds were previously taken out), raisins and cinnamon until they become coarse flour. Some of the raisins and dates should be left intact.

Step 3
Using a small knife, teaspoon, or a core cutter, cut out the middle of the apple so that the bottom remains intact and the edges are not too thin or tight. Fill the apples with the ground filling a little more than halfway, and top with the raisins and some dates, chopped with a knife. Sprinkle with a pinch of the filling on top and place a small piece of butter each. Transfer the apples to a baking dish, no need to grease the bottom.

Step 4
Pour boiling water into a baking dish and send the apples to cook in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes. After the allotted time, check the dessert for readiness. If the apples have become soft, then they can be taken out. Delicious baked stuffed apples with nuts, raisins and dates are ready. Serve hot, sprinkle with cinnamon. It goes well with whipped cream and white ice cream. Enjoy your meal!
