The delivery of the TRP standards was revived in 2014. It is designed to introduce children and adolescents to sports and a healthy lifestyle and has become almost one of the compulsory disciplines in the school curriculum. Schoolchildren of all countries are preparing for the first victories on the front of standards of readiness for work and defense. In Altai, the badges "Excellent TRP" have already been issued to 30 children. In addition to getting badges, passing norms is a great way to prove yourself. The kid learns to believe in himself, joins an active lifestyle and may even earn additional points for the Unified State Exam. Passing these norms allows children to be proud of themselves and improves their physical fitness. (You can find out what benefits can be obtained by passing the TRP norms here)
How can you help a student prepare for passing the TRP standards? Undoubtedly, the smallest participants of the 1st stage of the TRP and even adult girls and young men at the 5th stage at the age of 17 need the help of adults. That is why in 2016 the "Legend of Life" organized a project called "We choose the TRP!"
The organizer of the program is the Barnaul Water Company. The company produces healthy and clean drinking water under the Legend of Life brand. Within the framework of cooperation with the Barnaul Education Committee, the Barnaul Water Company prepared special personalized TRP Diaries for each student in the city. In them, children can record their successes, set new goals and plan future achievements.
What if you want to help your children prepare for the TRP test?
As in any sport, success in passing the TRP depends on proper nutrition and regular training. Therefore, follow a few simple rules:
Food.
It is very important for the children to eat properly while preparing for the norm. To do this, their diet should include more protein foods - lean meat, fish, poultry, dairy products. Proteins are extremely important for the formation of muscle mass, therefore, with constant physical activity, there should be enough of them. Also, the children's diet should contain a lot of foods containing calcium, potassium, magnesium, iodine, selenium, phosphorus and iron. They can be found in fresh fruits and vegetables, fish, milk and Legend of Life special water with iodine, selenium and fluoride.
Water.
For a good metabolism, schoolchildren, and adults as well, need to consume a sufficient amount of clean drinking water - by no means soda and other harmful drinks. Water removes toxins from the body and speeds up metabolism. And drinking water containing succinic acid and selenium also stimulates the immune system, giving strength and vigor.
How do you know how much water your children need? For every kilogram of human weight, you need about 50 milliliters of water per day. Before training, it is enough to drink a couple of glasses of water - one an hour before training and one 15 minutes. After exercise, you need to replenish the fluid lost with sweat. Make sure that the child does not drink too deeply, and the water is not too cold - it is best if it is at room temperature.
Training.
The main rule of training is exercise regularity. In addition, it is important to periodically increase the load, set new goals and gradually achieve them. To do this, it is best to record the results - so you and your children will see how the workouts are progressing. Teach the children to raise the bar, celebrate the results after each session, pay attention to mistakes and praise for their successes. Over time, your future excellent student of the TRP will learn to set goals for himself and steadily go towards them.
It is very important that all these rules are followed by children not only at home, but in all places where they may be - in kindergarten and school, before or after training.
Interesting fact:
To encourage preparation for the commissioning of the Complex, Barnaul Water Company offers schools and preschool childcare facilities a special program for the supply of drinking water at discounted prices =)
