Chicken and Vegetable Pasta is a delicious, easy-to-prepare dietary dish that will greatly diversify the diet of people who adhere to PP. Making a dish at home is completely easy if you follow the recommendations from the step-by-step photo recipe described below. The calorie content of chicken pasta is low, and an appetizing set of vegetables will make the dish more flavorful and nutritious. If desired, you can prepare a spicy paste, but for this you need to add a small chili pepper to the indicated ingredients.
Step 1
Gather all the ingredients you need and place in front of you on your work surface. Cut off the light film and fat clots from the fillet. Wash tomatoes, herbs, bell peppers and broccoli under running water. Measure out the required amount of paste.

Step 2
Peel the onion and a couple of garlic cloves. Cut off the stem of the broccoli, it is too hard and requires extra cooking time. Divide the vegetable into florets. Cut the fillet into large pieces about one and a half to two centimeters. Cut the bell pepper into quarters, peel and cut the vegetable into thin strips.

Step 3
Cut the tomatoes into slices, you can directly with the skin, onions - into small cubes, and pass the garlic through a press. Chop the parsley into small pieces. Cut broccoli inflorescences into small slices. Fill a pot of water and place it on the stovetop and non-stick pan. Pour some vegetable oil into the bottom of the skillet and when it's hot, add the chopped garlic and onion. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then add the chopped tomatoes, chicken and broccoli. Season with salt and pepper, mix thoroughly and cover. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. After the required time has elapsed, add the pepper strips, stir and close the container with a lid.

When the water boils, add salt and pour in half a teaspoon of olive oil to keep the paste from sticking together. Add pasta, stir and cook until al dente. After 3-4 minutes of cooking (for a more accurate figure, read the manufacturer's packaging, homemade pasta will take a few minutes to be ready), discard the pasta in a colander and, when excess moisture drains, transfer to the pan to other ingredients and mix.
