Separately, it is worth noting the content of natural fructose, which confirms the benefits of the product for losing weight.

Advice! Experts recommend consuming 100 milliliters of coconut milk two to three times a week. But remember that only fresh composition brings benefits to the body, and not canned.

Step 1

Pour about half a liter of hot water into a blender. Pour coconut flakes (freeze-dried) there. Whisk well for five to seven minutes. After that, leave the product in the blender for another ten minutes so that the shavings accurately absorb all the water.

Step 2

Then strain the liquid into a separate container using a fine sieve. This will get rid of the shavings and get only coconut milk. Then, using a watering can, pour the liquid into the bottle in which the milk will be stored.
