Composition
The composition of 5 tablets BCAA 6400 contains (in mg):
- L-isoleucine - 1120;
- L-valine - 1120;
- L-Leucine - 2240.
The product also includes auxiliary ingredients - magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide and microcrystalline cellulose.
The dietary supplement contains the classic ratio of essential amino acids, which is 2: 1: 1.
How to use
According to the instructions, the sports supplement is taken three times a day - before physical activity, after training during the protein-carbohydrate window - during the first 15-30 minutes, and also in the evening 15-30 minutes before bedtime to neutralize catabolic reactions. The most effective dosage is five tablets.
On rest days, the dietary supplement is taken a few minutes before meals, three times a day. During the period of increased physical activity, an increase in the portion to 6-7 tablets is allowed.
Contraindications
Since BCAAs contain essential amino acids that the body needs for normal functioning, there are practically no contraindications for taking this supplement.
However, it is not recommended to use the product if:
- severe hepatic and heart failure;
- a pronounced decrease in the filtration capacity of the kidneys;
