What is the Nula Project?

The Nula Project's social media page says it's free functional training. Moreover, each of these workouts is completely different from the previous one.
Athletes are given new exercises each time that are aimed at developing a variety of physical abilities:
- strength,
- flexibility,
- endurance,
- coordination,
- strengthening muscles.
In addition, training is aimed at developing socialization. The organizers believe that it is possible to make people happier and healthier both physically and spiritually through the development of sports and communication. The Nula Project has existed since September 2016. Since November, this is not just functional training - swimming has also appeared in the project. There are even more plans for the future.
Objective of the project
As mentioned above, the goal of the project is not only excellent physical shape (its improvement or development), but also socialization. Classes are held in any weather, morning or evening. Anyone can join them.
According to the organizers, Nula is the base that can later be used for further physical development. Taking part in the project, people become healthier, fit, look better, find company, get used to regular workouts and adherence to the daily routine. The organizers have no goal to prepare you for the competition or to make you lose weight in the shortest possible time.
Trainers
The trainers within the Nula Project are:
- Milan Miletic. This is a trainer with great experience and inexhaustible enthusiasm.
He is one of the co-founders of the UnityRunCamp and 7-30 projects and is coaching both projects. IronMan. - Professional fitness trainer Polina Syrovatskaya, who has extensive experience in her work.
Training schedule and locations
Classes within the project are held four times a week at various venues in Moscow. The current schedule (it is updated on weekends) can be found on the official pages in social networks "VKontakte", "Facebook" and "Ingstagram".
So, classes are held, for example:
- in the children's park "Festivalny" (metro station Maryina Roshcha),
- on the stairs near the Luzhnetsky bridge (Vorobyovy Gory metro station),
- under the Crimean bridge (metro station "Oktyabrskaya"),
- running shop (metro station "Frunzenskaya")
Also, trips to various sporting events in Russia and abroad are held.
