Today we have prepared for you an excellent and very tasty recipe for fried meatballs with champignons and quinoa and sauce.
Servings Per Container: 10-12 Servings
Step-by-step instruction
It doesn't take long to cook fried meatballs with a creamy mushroom sauce. The meat balls are juicy and very tasty. You can serve potatoes, rice, buckwheat or quinoa as a side dish. Fried meatballs can even be added to soups. Next step by step recipe with photos.
Step 1
Prepare all ingredients. If you decide to cook the minced meat yourself, then do it in advance so as not to waste time later. Ground pork and beef are ideal. Meatballs from it are juicy. But be guided to your liking. You can add minced chicken or turkey.

Step 2
Prepare a deep bowl. Put minced meat and bread crumbs in it. Peel the onions, chop finely and send to the minced meat bowl. Add one chicken egg there. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Advice! Whether you use breadcrumbs or a white loaf is up to you. You can do without these ingredients altogether. But they make the meatballs juicier.
Stir all the ingredients in a bowl and begin to shape into balls. It is better to do this with wet hands so that the minced meat does not stick to your palms.

Step 3
Place the skillet on the stovetop and pour in the vegetable (preferably olive) oil. When the container has warmed up well, lay out the meatballs and fry on all sides until tender. While the balls are cooking, you can make a creamy mushroom sauce. It's quick and easy. Wash and chop the mushrooms. Then fry a little, cover with cream and salt. Simmer the food for 5-7 minutes - and that's it, the sauce is ready.

Step 4
Put the finished meatballs on a large platter and pour over the creamy mushroom sauce. Wash fresh herbs, dry with a paper towel, finely chop and sprinkle with meat balls. Serve the finished dish hot. Enjoy your meal!
