How to run in spring

Spring is a long-awaited time for all joggers. When, finally, the snow melts and you can run on dry asphalt. However, there is a period that lasts differently in different regions of our country. During this period, on the streets of the city, the snow, which begins to actively melt, turns into a dirty mess, which is difficult to walk on, not just running. In this article, we'll look at how best to run and dress in the spring when running in the mud.

Where to run in spring

It is clear that dirt is everywhere, but there are places where it is too much, and where it is still less. Therefore, in spring it is best to run along the central streets, where sidewalks are cleaned much more often, and therefore there is much less mud and puddles.

How to dress for running in spring

In terms of shoes, first, run in closed-toed sneakers that are not made of mesh. Secondly, if possible, put plastic bags on your feet before putting on your sneaker. This will save your feet from getting wet.

Of course, in such bags your feet sweat and you will come running home with wet feet anyway. But there is a big difference between getting your feet wet from cold, dirty water and from your own sweat.

In no case do not run in rag sneakers in this weather, otherwise your feet will get wet at the very beginning of the run and there is an opportunity to chill them.
