Spaghetti with Chicken and Mushrooms is a delicious dish made from poultry fillets with mushrooms, carrots, onions and long, thin pasta made from whole grain flour and seasoned with cream.
In order for the dish to be classified as a healthy and proper nutrition (PP), it is necessary to replace sunflower oil with olive oil and use it in smaller quantities. The cream should be low in fat.
If desired, spaghetti can be made with your own hands. To prepare a dish, you will need a frying pan, the above products, a stewpan, a recipe with step by step photos and half an hour of free time.
Step 1
Peel the onions, rinse the vegetable under running water and cut into 4 pieces. Finely chop each quarter to form oblong pieces. Take a frying pan with high sides, put it on fire and pour in vegetable oil.

Step 2
When the oil is hot, add the onions and sauté over medium heat for a couple of minutes, until the vegetable is golden brown. At this time, take the carrots, peel and grate the vegetable on a coarse grater. Add the carrots to the skillet with the onions and continue to fry for 2-3 minutes.

Step 3
Wash the chicken fillet, cut off the fat clots, if any. Cut the meat into small pieces of about the same size and place in the pan with the fried vegetables. Fill a saucepan with water so that the amount of liquid is 2 times the amount of spaghetti. When the water boils, season with salt and dry pasta. Cook until al dente. While the spaghetti is boiling, make the mushrooms. Rinse the mushrooms thoroughly under running water, cut off the base of the legs and cut the mushrooms into medium-sized pieces. Add mushrooms to the skillet with other ingredients, stir, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer over low heat until tender.

Step 4
Drain the spaghetti in a colander to drain any excess moisture. If the packaging of pasta indicates that it needs to be rinsed after boiling, then do so. Add a little cream to the pan, mix well and continue simmering the billet over low heat for a few more minutes, and then add the spaghetti.

Take greens such as green onions and basil, wash and cut into small pieces. Grate the cheese on the coarse side of the grater. Add chopped herbs to the spaghetti and sprinkle with a layer of grated cheese on top.
