Running wristband

Many of you have probably seen the wrist band on many athletes. This bandage is especially common among those who train in the gym and with runners.

It is called a wristband. Its purpose may differ depending on the sport. For tennis, the wristband primarily performs the function of fixing the wrist so as not to get stretched. Parkourists often use a wrist strap to create a better hold on their hands when grabbing onto obstacles.

In fitness, just like in running, a wristband has a primary purpose of collecting sweat. But if fitness rooms usually have air conditioners, then most often you have to run outside, and not rarely in extreme heat... Therefore, sweat pours in a stream. To keep this sweat away from your eyes, it makes sense to use a wristband or headband.

Both the one and the other accessory perfectly help to get rid of the problem of sweat getting into the eyes.

A wristband is a kind of small towel that is worn around your wrist. Its structure is similar, only, unlike a towel, it stretches so that you can conveniently put it on your hand.
