The competitions were diverse: pull-ups, forward bends from a standing position, push-ups, long jumps, throwing a sports equipment, swinging the press, jerking kettlebells, theory, rifle (pneumatics) shooting at targets, Olympic movement.
From 2016, students and schoolchildren will take the standards, and from 2017 - everyone, without exception. As for the awards, the issue is still being discussed, most likely, these will be additional days for vacation, bonuses for admission to universities or a cash equivalent.
Now the norms for residents of the Kaliningrad region can be passed in the centers of Zelenogradsk, Kaliningrad and Gusev. Oleg Kosenkov (the chief judge of the competition) promised that it is planned to create 7 or 8 such institutions.
