Application
The daily rate is 3 tablets. Taking them strictly with meals is not a prerequisite. The main thing is to drink the capsules with a sufficient amount of liquid. The duration of the course of admission should not be less than 2 months and can be about four, without interruption. This is due to the cumulative effect of chondroprotectors, which the body begins to use only with regular intake.
Compatibility with other supplements
