Modern BCAA by Usplabs

The abbreviation BCAA denotes a complex of three essential (not synthesized in the body, but necessary for its stable functioning) amino acids: isoleucine, valine and leucine. They play an important role in building muscle fiber proteins. With intense muscle work, the body uses them to synthesize compounds that are additional sources of energy.

USPlabs Modern BCAA is a nutritional supplement from an American sports nutrition manufacturer. USPlabs is one of the leading companies in this market, it develops and manufactures highly effective and advanced plant-based supplements.

Supplement composition

USPlabs Modern BCAA is intended for use by athletes looking to accelerate muscle building and for those looking to dry out.

The company's specialists have selected the necessary proportions for the additive to work as efficiently as possible. Amino acids are in its composition in micronized form in a ratio of 8: 1: 1 (leucine, isoleucine and valine, respectively). There are 15 grams of amino acids per 17.8 gram serving. The supplement also contains a mixture of electrolytes composed of potassium in the form of chloride and sodium in the form of citrate.

To accelerate the delivery of nutrients to the muscles, a complex has been added to the BCAA amino acids, including:

  • taurine;
  • L-alanine;
  • glycine;
  • L-lysine hydrochloride;
  • L-Alanine-L-Glutamine.

These are important amino acids that improve energy production. Glycine speeds up metabolism in brain tissues, due to which taking the supplement not only has a positive effect on the growth of muscle mass, but also increases concentration and improves cognitive functions. The micronized form of BCAA amino acids allows them to be better absorbed.

Modern BCAA supplement contains no sugars or artificially synthesized colors. In production, natural or synthetic flavors are used.

The manufacturer produces the supplement with various flavors:

  • melon;

  • green apple;

  • watermelon;

  • mango orange;

  • berry explosion;

  • raspberry lemonade;

  • cherry lemonade;

  • pineapple and strawberry;

  • peach tea;

  • blackberry;

  • grape gum;

  • classical;

  • pink lemonade;

  • fruit punch.

Admission rules and action

The additive package contains a measuring spoon. One serving equals two such spoons, that's 17.8 grams. The additive is a powder that should be dissolved in water (450-500 ml).

The most effective method of intake is to gradually drink the resulting drink during training.

During intense physical exertion, the body burns energy at a very fast pace, and if it is not provided with this "fuel" additionally, catabolic processes are triggered. That is, energy begins to form from the substances that make up the muscles themselves. If you do not give the body additional energy sources, then there will not be much benefit from training.

The manufacturer recommends consuming one serving of Modern BCAA per day. Taking large amounts does not bring the desired effect, on the contrary, the rate of absorption of amino acids decreases.

For those weighing over 100 kg, as well as for intensively training athletes, you can take 2 servings of Modern BCAA per day. With this weight or under professional stress, the amino acid complex works effectively and in doses exceeding 20 grams. In such cases, the second serving is recommended after training.

Action Modern BCAA by USPlabs:

  • acceleration of muscle building;
  • improving the severity of muscle relief;
  • growth of strength indicators;
  • increased endurance and performance;
  • increased recovery rate after intense training.

In custody

Taking the amino acid complex also increases the effectiveness of other nutritional supplements used in sports. Those who are drying and want to reduce body weight should combine Modern BCAA with supplements containing L-Carnitine.

To accelerate muscle building, it is recommended to combine the amino acid complex with creatine, isolated or hydrolyzed proteins.

To improve performance in training, you can take special pre-workout complexes, and then drink Modern BCAA during exercise.

Modern BCAA from USPlabs can be drunk all the time, because the body always needs essential amino acids. There are not many of the compounds needed for the synthesis of leucine, isoleucine, and valine from food, so an intensely exercising athlete should take a supplement to provide these substances. There is no need to take any breaks in your intake: Modern BCAA from USPlabs is completely safe, does not cause side effects, does not have a negative effect on the body.
