Servings Per Container: 2 Servings

Step-by-step instruction

It doesn't take a lot of time to make a delicious and easy salad with quail eggs at home. We have prepared a simple diet salad recipe with step by step photos, which is also suitable for those who adhere to proper nutrition (PP). It is very simple to prepare it, and the best part is that you don't need too many ingredients. Prepare herbs, cucumber, and quail eggs. Delicate sour cream sauce and sesame seeds are emphasized.

Step 1

First you need to boil the quail eggs. The cooking process usually takes 10-15 minutes. After boiling, place the container with the product under cold water and let cool.

Step 2

Boiled eggs should be peeled. Each peeled egg must be cut in half. You can independently adjust the amount of products in the salad to taste.

Step 3

Season with salt and pepper the egg halves. You can also add any spices you like.

Step 4

Now you can start with the cucumbers. They must be washed under running water, blotted with a paper towel and cut into half rings.

Advice! If you come across cucumbers that have a thick skin, then remove it so that it does not spoil the taste of the salad.

Step 5

It's time to make the sauce. To do this, take a small bowl and put the sour cream into it. Season with salt and pepper to taste and add your favorite spices. Stir all ingredients.

Step 6

Now you need to prepare the greens. If you bought a ready-made packaged mix, then sort it out well and rinse it under running water to exclude low-quality products from getting into the salad. If possible, then collect the mix yourself. Spinach, dill, parsley, iceberg lettuce will do. The more greens, the more vitamin-rich the dish will be, because only cucumber is used from vegetables.

Next, put a fresh cucumber on the greens, and put halves of quail eggs on top.

Salad differs in that there are more greens and lettuce than vegetables. The dish is perfect even for a late evening snack, as it will not harm the figure. Enjoy your meal!
