A step-by-step recipe with a photo of making a delicious spring salad from fresh spinach with sun-dried tomatoes, cheese and olive oil is described below.

Servings Per Container: 4 Servings.

Step-by-step instruction

Spinach salad is a delicious dietary dish that belongs to the PP menu. Prepared with fresh spinach leaves (frozen will not work), pears, soft mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, as well as pomegranate seeds and chopped walnuts. Instead of a pear in this recipe with a photo, you can use an apple, but not green, but yellow. Mozzarella without loss of taste can be replaced with any soft curd cheese or feta cheese. Instead of walnuts, you can use pine nuts or mix both products in equal quantities. If there are no sun-dried tomatoes at home, you can take fresh cherry tomatoes. The healthy vegetable salad is dressed with olive oil and seasoned with any spices you want. In addition, the pomegranate must be ripe so that the grains are juicy and sweet and sour.

Step 1

Take fresh spinach, sort and discard dry or spoiled leaves. Rinse the herbs under running water and pat dry on a paper towel. Peel the walnuts and chop the kernels lightly. Take a deep bowl, put the spinach into it and sprinkle with nuts.

Step 2

Cut the pomegranate in half and carefully separate the grains. They must remain intact, as in the photo. Take sun-dried tomatoes, cut into small pieces and place in a bowl with the other ingredients. Also add pomegranate seeds to the workpiece.

Step 3

Wash the pear, cut off the skin, if it is damaged, otherwise leave it, as it contains a lot of vitamins. Core the fruit and cut the flesh into small, freeform pieces. Cut the soft cheese into small pieces and place in the salad along with the chopped pear. If you want to make a lean meal, exclude cheese from it. Stir the ingredients thoroughly, salt and add any spices you wish. Season the salad with a teaspoon of olive oil and mix well, if desired, if the leaves are dry, you can add a little more oil.

Step 4

Delicious, easy to prepare diet spinach salad, ready. Serve the dish to the table immediately after cooking or after half an hour, when it is infused in a cool place. Garnish the salad with small slices of cheese before serving. Enjoy your meal!
