Recipe:

  1. To prepare 1 liter of the drink, you need to take 3 or 4 small teaspoons of tea (your choice), as well as about 4 cm of young ginger root and half a lemon (along with the zest). For a richer flavor, add mint.
  2. Scrape the ginger like a carrot and cut into thin strips.
  3. Separate the lemon pulp from the zest, cut the last into thin slices and add to the ginger.
  4. Pour the chopped ingredients with half a liter of water and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes.
  5. Then add chopped lemon pulp and mint leaves (optional).
  6. Insist for 10 minutes and then strain.
  7. In another saucepan, brew tea with half a liter of water (no more than 3 minutes), strain and mix with lemon-ginger tincture.
