Pork chops in batter are an incredibly tasty dish that is not difficult to fry at home. To do this, it is enough to carefully read our best recipe with step by step photos.

Step-by-step instruction

We suggest preparing tender and soft pork chops in a pan. The meat is juicy, and the secret of its softness lies in the batter. We will not use flour, but bread crumbs, which will make the dish perfect. You should not postpone the preparation of a tasty and satisfying dish for a long time. Step 1

Let's start cooking by preparing food. Wash the pork, cut into 1/2-inch pieces and beat with a hammer. Grind the peppercorn mixture with a rolling pin and prepare the breadcrumbs.

Advice! You can use bread that has already lain a little and has become dry. Grind it in a convenient way - and you get even better bread crumbs than in the store.

Take eggs and break them into a separate plate. Whisk the egg mixture until slightly fluffy. Sprinkle the beaten meat with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2

Place the skillet on the stove top, pour in the olive oil and let the container heat up well. When the oil is hot, you can start cooking. Now take the meat and dip it first in egg batter, and then in bread crumbs. Try to cover all the meat with the croutons. Send the chops to the skillet and fry on both sides until golden brown. First place the finished chops on a paper towel to remove any remaining fat, then transfer to a convenient container.
