We offer to cook a delicious and satisfying dish - pasta with meatballs in tomato sauce. The meal will become a complete meal for the whole family. In this recipe with a photo, forest mushrooms are used, but they can be easily replaced with those that can be found, for example, oyster mushrooms or mushrooms. Pasta is considered a versatile dish. It can be cooked with meat, bacon, seafood. The sauce emphasizes the taste of the dish. In our case, it is tomato. It will add a slight sourness to the dish and emphasize the taste of pork and beef meatballs. Do not put off cooking an Italian dish for long. Check if you have all the ingredients and start cooking.
Step 1
First, let's prepare the mushrooms. They must be well washed, peeled and cut into pieces. Place the mushrooms in a container and set aside for now.

Onions must be peeled, washed under running water and finely chopped. Now place the pan on the stove, pour in some olive oil and let the bowl warm up. The onions need to be fried a little, or rather, sauteed. When it becomes clear and soft, transfer it to a separate container.

Take a large bowl and place the minced meat in it. Add sautéed onions, one chicken egg, finely chopped fresh herbs, mustard beans, and bread. Stir all ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Advice! The bread should be soaked in milk in advance and then chopped into small crumbs. You can make minced meatballs to your liking. Add your favorite ingredients and spices to taste.

Now you can start forming the meatballs. Soak your hands in cool water to prevent the minced meat from sticking, take some meat mass and roll it into a ball. Place the finished meatballs on a large dish at a distance from each other so that they do not stick together.

Now take the pan again, pour in the olive oil and heat it up. Place the meatballs in a bowl and fry on both sides until golden brown. After that, transfer the meat balls to a plate and leave for a while.
