Milk Rice Porridge is a delicious dish made with long or parboiled cinnamon rice in a saucepan on the stove. The proportion of milk to rice is 4 to 1, respectively, that is, 1 glass of rice is needed for 1 liter of milk. If the cereal is pre-boiled in water, then the ratio of ingredients is different: for 1 glass of rice, first add 2 glasses of water, and then 2 glasses of milk.
Milk porridge can be cooked with both purchased and homemade milk. But do not choose a dairy product with a fat content of less than 2.5%, otherwise the taste of the dish will not be so rich.

Step 1
Measure out the required amount of long grain rice, flour, cinnamon, raisins, butter, and water and milk and place in front of you on a work surface. Break the cinnamon stick or cut it lengthwise.

Put rice, previously washed several times, a broken cinnamon stick, and a piece of butter in a saucepan. Pour half a liter of water, bring to a boil, salt and cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, that is, almost until the rice is cooked and the liquid has completely evaporated.

Step 3
Take out the cinnamon sticks and start pouring milk at room temperature into the rice in a thin stream, stirring constantly the rice porridge. Simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes. Then, while stirring, add a little flour to thicken the porridge.

Step 4
Put the raisins and the remaining piece of butter in a saucepan with a blank. And then pour out the condensed milk and mix thoroughly. Cook over low heat for a couple of minutes (until cooked through).
