Carnitine action
The substance is easily absorbed, facilitating the transit of fatty acids through the mitochondrial membranes. How to use
Take 1 measuring cap (4.5 ml or 0.9 g of L-carnitine) half an hour before exercise and in the morning on an empty stomach. On rest days, consumption is recommended 30 minutes before breakfast and lunch. It was found that the best result is achieved when the supplement is taken in the morning and lunch hours in a total dosage of 2.5-5 g (1.25 / 2.5 * 2).
