A recipe with step-by-step photos of easy-to-prepare and delicious beef meat rolls, which are fried in a pan with wine and baked in the oven, is described below.

Servings Per Container: 4 Servings.

Step-by-step instruction

Beef chop rolls are a delicious meat dish that you can make yourself at home. The meat must be taken from the neck or back so that it is soft and without a lot of fatty layers. The rolls are first fried in a pan and then baked in the oven to keep the beef juicy. To prepare the dish, you will need a step-by-step photo recipe, toothpicks, a frying pan, and a baking dish (or one frying pan suitable for two processes). Wine must be taken white dry, and lard - not salted. You can use any spices suitable for meat. The wine can be replaced with an extra glass of natural tomato juice.

Step 1

Take a piece of beef and trim off the top fat. Cut the meat into thin strips until you get about 4 slices. Use a hammer to beat off the beef. Cut a piece of bacon into small squares. Peel the garlic and cut into small pieces. Wash greens such as parsley, shave off excess liquid, and cut off a dense stem. Cut the herbs into small pieces.

Place an equal amount of salt, spices to taste, bacon, chopped herbs and garlic on each piece of beaten meat.

Step 3

Roll each piece of beef into a tight tube so the filling does not spill out.

Step 4

Twist the tube again, as shown in the photo, and fix it with wooden toothpicks.

Step 5

Peel the onion, rinse under cold water and cut the vegetable into small pieces. Take a deep frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. When it's hot, add the onion and saute for a couple of minutes, until it's translucent. Then lay out the formed roulettes and fry over medium heat for 10-15 minutes on both sides. Add wine and tomato juice, stir. Send to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes. After 20 minutes, open the oven and pour the sauce over the rolls from the bottom of the pan (or mold, if you were shifting the workpiece).

Step 6

Delicious beef meat rolls with sauce, baked in the oven, ready. Let the meat stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving, then remove the toothpicks and serve the dish to the table. Rolls go well with pasta or potato garnishes. Enjoy your meal!
