Step-by-step instruction

Energy bars are a healthy treat that you can easily make at home with your own hands. These candies can be eaten before exercise to energize the body, and they are also added to the diet by those who adhere to a correct and healthy diet (PP) and are trying to lose weight. In order to make do-it-yourself bars, you need to purchase natural and high-quality ingredients that are part of the sweet, namely cocoa, raw nuts such as peanuts, almonds and cashews, unsweetened dates and dry coconut flakes.

The delicacy has a high calorie content, but it is permissible before training, but if there is a bar instead of the usual sweets, then it is better in the morning.

Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making the bars and place them in front of you on the work surface. Immediately measure all the products in the required quantity (the quantity can be adjusted in any order, the main thing is that everything is the same).

In a blender bowl, place almonds, peeled raw peanuts, pitched dates, cashews, cocoa powder and coconut flakes.

Grind all ingredients until the chips are uniform. Trying to grind to flour is not required. The size of the chips can also be adjusted according to taste.

Step 4

Give the workpiece any shape, for example, balls, and hide in the freezer for 15-20 minutes, so that the chips set, and the natural sweetness becomes denser. Delicious, healthy, homemade sugar-free energy bars for athletes are ready. Eat a treat half an hour before exercise or in the morning (up to twelve o'clock), but not more than one thing a day.
