Delicious, aromatic, slightly spicy chicken kebab in a pan can be cooked with your own hands at home. To do this, it is enough to carefully read the step-by-step recipe with a photo. The dish turns out to be hearty, but dietary. A side dish for the chicken breast will be a salad of radish and apples.

Chicken skewer in a pan is a dietary dish that will definitely appeal to everyone who is on a diet and monitors their diet. The meal is complemented by a delicious salad of radishes, apples and arugula. The dressing uses a mixture of oils and apple cider vinegar, so no mayonnaise!

Don't worry about the meat being fried in a pan. This is not a big deal as it uses olive oil. In addition, we will not fry the meat until crusts, but only slightly simmer until cooked and ruddy. Do not put off cooking for a long time. Rather, try to make the most delicious kebab at home.

Step 1

First you need to prepare the ingredients of the salad. Wash the radish and apple under running water. Blot with a towel to keep water out of the salad. Green onions should also be washed and dried. Prepare a large salad bowl and start slicing the radishes. Take an apple and slice it just like a radish. If the apple is too large, then cut into slices. Chop green onions. Place all ingredients in prepared bowl.

Step 2

Now you need to prepare the salad dressing. To do this, mix apple cider vinegar (it is softer than ordinary table vinegar), olive oil and sesame in the indicated proportions in a small bowl. However, be guided by the amount of salad, you may need more ingredients.

Step 3

Pour the prepared dressing over the salad and stir. Add some salt and stir again. Now the salad can be set aside for a while and start cooking the kebab.

Step 4

Take chicken breasts and wash under running water. Blot with paper towels to prevent dripping. Each fillet must be cut into two pieces. If the breasts are large, it is better to cut them into 3 pieces. Season the meat with salt and add your favorite spices and seasonings.

Step 5

Take the skewers. Choose long and dense ones so that they don't break during cooking. Pierce each piece of fillet with a skewer, as you put on a skewer. Attach fresh bay leaves to the fillet. When fresh, the herb is not as fragrant, so you shouldn't worry that it will overpower the taste of the dish. It looks very appetizing. If there is no fresh bay leaf, then use spinach.

Step 6

Place the skillet on the stove and turn on medium heat. Add a few drops of olive oil and let the container warm up well. When the oil is hot, you can put the chicken skewers in the skillet. Fry on both sides until light golden brown. Breast does not need much time, it cooks very quickly (no more than 15 minutes).

Advice! If you don't want to use oil, then you can fry the kebab in a grill pan. No vegetable fats are required to cook on it.

Serve in portions. Place the chicken kebab on a large plate, next to the salad and a lemon wedge for decoration.
