Vegetable okroshka is a delicious lean and vegetarian dish that can be eaten by people on a healthy diet or on a diet. To prepare a cold dish at home, potatoes, fresh cucumbers, radishes and herbs are used. The dish is filled with mineral water. If you wish, you can slightly modify the photorecipe and add a little mustard or sour cream with a low fat content to the mineral water. You can also eat okroshka with 1 percent kefir, which will help you lose weight.
Step 1
Rinse the radishes under running water, cut off the base and tail. Cut the fruit into medium sized pieces.
