Physical culture and sports are integral elements in the development of children. To maintain health and well-being, educational institutions conduct various activities: lessons; competition; tourist gatherings.
For each age, height and weight of the child, there are certain indicators of the norm. What is TRP in schools? Read on.
What is TRP in schools?
Since 2016, the Russian Federation has finally introduced special school sports standards - TRP. They were designed to develop modern sports and maintain the health of school-age children. They also make it possible to take victorious places and receive confirmation of passing the tests - a badge or a medal.
This is a great incentive for the younger generation to achieve certain results in sports. From a legislative point of view, these norms are similar to those that once operated in the USSR. Activities are categorized by gender, season and difficulty. They include both familiar tasks and new ones.
Only persons who have passed a medical examination and are allowed to pass them for health reasons are allowed to take tests. Also, each participant must register (for children, these actions are carried out by parents or guardians).
There is a special state electronic portal where it is possible to calculate the standard. For each task there are rules (guidelines) for passing.
Here are a few of them:
- short or long distances must be run in stadiums with a flat surface;
- throwing a projectile or ball should be carried out from over the shoulder, avoiding overshooting the critical mark;
- the swim takes place without touching the bottom, but with touching the pool wall after the end of the task.
TRP norms for schoolchildren:
Stage 1 - 6-8 years
For the initial stage, the TRP norms have very reduced requirements, since the child's body is not hardened and does not have sufficient experience.
Higher standards can lead to injury. Boys and girls, according to the established rules, must pass 7 tests to receive a gold badge with the maximum points. Activities contain 9 tasks (4 main and 5 optional).
