When can you run

Many novice runners wonder when to run, what time of day. It depends on several factors, but primarily on you personally and your daily routine.

Jogging in the morning

You can run in the morning, but this is not the best option. A newly awakened body cannot abruptly take on a large load, and before training it is necessary warm up thoroughlyspending significantly more time on it than if you were training, say, in the evening.

Besides, you can eat no later than 2 hours before running, which means that the morning run will be on an empty stomach, and there will not be enough energy for running. The best option to remedy the situation is to drink a cup of very sweet tea (3-4 tablespoons of sugar or honey). This tea will give energy for the duration of the run, but no more than 40-50 minutes. "Fast" carbohydrates, as sugar is also called, will leave the body in a short time, and you will not have to rely on a long training session.

But jogging in the morning is the only opportunity for many working people to go jogging, as there is simply no time at other times of the day. Therefore, the benefits of running in the morning are the same as running at other times of the day, but there are certain complications described above.

Running in the afternoon

Since few people love run in winter, and prefers hot summer for training, then running in the daytime fraught with the main problem - heat. You can run during the day, however, if the thermometer crosses the 30-degree mark, and there is not a single cloud in the sky, then the training will seem very difficult. And besides, you can "catch" "sun" or heatstroke. Therefore, it is recommended to run during the day only in a crowded place or in the company of other athletes, so that if something happens, they can help.

There is only one plus of running during the day - due to the heat, there is no need to spend a lot of time on warm-up, since the muscles are already quite warmed up.

Running in the evening

Running in the evening is best. The body has already entered the daily routine, woke up and is in the most active phase. The sun doesn't bake that much, and breathe while running it gets easier.

Can I run in the evening? Not possible, but necessary. There is simply no better time. In summer, it is best to train at 18 or 19 hours, in autumn and spring you can even earlier, since the sun is not so scorching.

But, despite all this, the main thing is to navigate by yourself. Most people are "owls" - they like to stay up late and wake up late, so running in the evening is most convenient for them. But if you are a morning person, then it is best to wake up early, wash up, have a little snack and jog in the morning city. Therefore, if you do not have the opportunity to run in the evening, run at other times, just follow the rules so as not to get injured or overworked.
