Take a shower and wear a hat

It is very easy to get heat or sunstroke while running, when both outside +30 and inside the body temperature rises above +38. Therefore, keep your body as cool as possible while running. Pour over legs, arms, torso. Pour over your head very carefully, because if you do not have a hat, then water can become a catalyst for sunstroke, as the sun will fry more through the drops of water. It is best to wet the hat and wear it over the head.

Breathe right and watch your heart and head

Breathe and nose and mouth. It is difficult to breathe in hot weather due to low humidity. Breathing through your nose alone will not provide you with enough oxygen. Therefore, it must be absorbed by both nose and mouth. Breathe evenly.

And carefully monitor your condition, especially your heart and head. If you feel that you are starting to "float", it darkens in your eyes, or your heart hurts, then first go to a step, then stop and sit down on the ground. When you leave, go home. The body does not need such overloads.
