Answering the question whether it is difficult to fulfill the standards of grade 11 in physical education, we emphasize that these indicators are developed taking into account a gradual increase in the load from year to year. This means that a student who has shown excellent results in each class, regularly went in for physical education and does not have health problems, will easily pass these standards.
List of exercises for delivery in grade 11
- Shuttle run 4 r. 9 m each;
- Running: 30 m, 100 m, 2 km (girls), 3 km (boys);
- Cross-country skiing: 2 km, 3 km, 5 km (girls no time), 10 km (no time, only boys)
- Long jump from the spot;
- Push ups;
- Bending forward from a sitting position;
- Press;
- Jumping rope;
- Pull-ups on the bar (boys);
- Lifting with a turnover at close range on a high crossbar (boys);

Physical education standards for grade 11 in Russia are taken by all schoolchildren of I-II health groups without fail (for the latter there are indulgences, depending on the state).
Sports activities in the school are allocated 3 teaching hours per week, in just a year, students study 102 hours.
- If you look at the school standards for physical education for grade 11 and compare them with the data for tenth graders, it will become clear that there are no new disciplines in the plan.
- Girls still do fewer exercises, and boys won't have to climb the rope this year.
- The long distance "Skiing" has been added - this year the boys will have to overcome the distance of 10 km, however, the time will not be taken into account.
- Girls have a similar task, but 2 times shorter - 5 km without time requirements (boys run 5 km on skis for a while).
And now, let's study the standards for physical education for grade 11 for boys and girls themselves, compare how much the indicators have become more complicated in comparison with the previous year.
Please note that the indicators have not increased much - for a developed teenager, the difference will be insignificant. In some exercises, for example, push-ups, bending forward from a sitting position, there is no change at all. Thus, in the 11th grade, students should consolidate and slightly improve their results over the past year, and direct their main efforts to preparing for the USE.
TRP stage 5: the hour has come
It is the eleventh graders, that is, young men and women 16-17 years old, who will find it easiest to fulfill the test standards "Ready for Labor and Defense" at the 5th level. The teenagers trained hard, successfully fulfill school standards, and are motivated to perform well. What are the benefits of a graduate if he becomes the owner of the coveted badge from the TRP?
- Eligibility for additional points on the exam;
- The status of an athlete and an active athlete, which is now prestigious and fashionable;
- Strengthening health, maintaining physical fitness;
- For boys, preparation for the TRP becomes an excellent foundation for the loads in the Army.
The standards for physical education in grade 11, as well as the indicators for successfully passing the TRP tests, of course, are very difficult, and for beginners, practically unbearable.
A teenager who has set himself the goal of passing the standards "Ready for work and defense" should start training in advance, at least lead a healthy lifestyle, and as a maximum, enroll in sports sections in narrow areas (swimming, tourist club, shooting, self-defense without weapons, artistic gymnastics, athletics).
For excellent passing of tests, the participant receives an honorary gold badge, with a slightly worse result - a silver one, the lowest prize category is awarded a bronze one.
Consider the standards of the TRP stage 5 (16-17 years old):

Does the school prepare for the TRP?
We will answer yes to this question, and here's why:
- School standards for physical education for grade 11 for girls and boys practically coincide with the indicators from the TRP table;
- The list of disciplines of the Complex contains several tasks not from the list of compulsory school disciplines, but the child is not obliged to complete them all. In order to master several additional sports areas, he must attend clubs or sections that function at schools and children's sports complexes;
- We believe that the school provides a competent and gradual increase in physical activity, which allows children to gradually increase their sports potential.
Thus, even those schoolchildren from grade 11 who do not go in for sports professionally, do not have grades or sports titles, and with the right motivation, have every chance to fulfill the standards of the TRP Complex.
