Today, carefully designed measures to prepare and ensure the protection of the population from hazards in emergencies and emergencies are called civil defense. For this reason, civil defense training in an enterprise should primarily be completed by two main employees:
- The head of the created organization.
- An authorized staff member who solves a number of civil defense tasks.
But at the same time, the head cannot be engaged in performing the functions of a person authorized for such actions.
If the organization of training the population in the field of civil defense undertakes the obligation to protect the population from emergencies, to prevent and eliminate emergency situations, to provide high-quality protection against fires, then the following are organized:
- Emergency Prevention and Elimination Commission.
- Commission for the sustainable activities of the organization in emergency sudden situations.
- Special headquarters for the evacuation.
- Operational rescue service.

In accordance with the order N687 received from the Ministry of Emergency Situations, a special current "Regulation on the compulsory organization of civil defense in various formations of the municipal type" has been prepared.

Course training

- The procedure for providing emergency assistance and learning the basics of caring for injured people.
- Final control of the skills and knowledge acquired during training.
The system of effective protection against emergencies in modern enterprises is mainly based on ordinary workers who do not have acquired professional skills and excellent knowledge of such topics. But in the event of an accident, employees will have to quickly organize a series of actions to ensure the safety of all working personnel of the operating plant.
