Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs of the Arkhangelsk region, Teltevskaya Natalya, at present, all conditions have been created in the region for schoolchildren to start passing the TRP standards. Recall that since the beginning of 2016, a regional physical culture and sports center begins to work in the region, in which schoolchildren will try their hand at passing the mandatory standards. A unified register of places certified for passing compulsory standards for physical education and sports has already been formed. Everyone who wishes, after the appropriate registration of documents, can submit them, stressed Natalya Teltevskaya. 
In the region today, there are already about 30 TRP centers and 149 testing sites, so there are no difficulties with this. Before passing the standards, each student undergoes a mandatory medical examination, after which he receives a written admission to the competition. According to the information service "Dvina-inform", the guys will also need to register on the TRP website and each receive a personal (identification) number. It is important to note that in order to increase the excitement and desire of schoolchildren to win, special badges of distinction were introduced.
All standards will be set taking into account the age of the child, and based on the results of their delivery, the results will necessarily be entered into a single database of the Federal Service. The regional Center for the Development of Sports acts as the direct operator who will enter the results into the database, but the decision on awarding the mark is made by the Federal Service. At the same time, the children will be able to receive a gold, silver or bronze badge, thus showing their skills in the field of physical education.
According to Andrei Bagretsov, Development Director of the Mass Sports Center, the first regional festival of the winter TRP will be held in Arkhangelsk from 4 to 6 March 2016. Based on the results and results obtained at this event, a single regional team will be formed, which will take part in the all-Russian competition.
