Both boys and girls must pass the physical education standards for grade 10 - the number of exercises "for credit" this year has increased significantly, which means that it will be more difficult to get an excellent mark. The study is gradually approaching completion, the last two years, young men and women spend on defining their future desires, choosing a profession, making plans and understanding prospects.
However, right now, a teenager must understand that passing the standards in a physical education lesson in grade 10 is a dress rehearsal for the mark that he will receive in grade 11, the latter will be included in the diploma. This means that it will affect his GPA and admission to the university.
Disciplines in physical training: grade 10
Let's list the disciplines and standards for physical culture for grade 10 and highlight new exercises that children will perform for the first time:
- Shuttle run - 4 rubles. 9 m each;
- Distance running: 30 m, 100 m, 2 km (girls), 3 km (boys);
- Cross-country skiing: 1 km, 2 km, 3 km, 5 km (the last cross for girls is not evaluated by time);
- Long jump from the spot;
- Lying push-ups;
- Bending forward from a sitting position;
- Press;
- Rope exercises;
- Pull-ups on the bar (boys);
- Lifting with a turnover at close range on a high bar (boys);
- Flexion and extension of the arms in support on the uneven bars (boys);
- Rope climbing without legs (boys).
Physics lessons according to the school plan are held three times a week.
It is easy to see that school standards for physical education for grade 10 for girls and boys differ - girls have much fewer disciplines to pass, and the standards are much lower. However, this does not mean that they need to develop their physical fitness less, especially if they plan to participate in the TRP tests (where the concessions for the female sex are very small).
Alas, high school students rarely devote much time to physical education, which is sad. Exceptions are keen children and professionals planning to connect their future life with sports. Therefore, only a few do an excellent job with the standards for physical training for grade 10, while the rest are trying to pull out at least three.
TRP at the 5th stage - is it really possible to pass it to a beginner?
Young men and women, who for the first time decide to try their hand at the TRP tests, are surprised to find that they are far from keeping up with the requirements of the program in terms of their standards. Moreover, pupils of the 10th grade fall into the category of passing the new, 5th level of the Complex - and this is a serious test for beginners.
- However, it is still worth a try, especially since this year you can only start systematic training, and plan the delivery of the TRP tests themselves for the future.
- Please note: the TRP tests at the 5th stage are especially difficult for girls, especially for those who do not pay due attention to physical education in everyday life.
- Let the ladies do not need to prepare for military service, but they should carefully monitor their bodies in order to give birth to healthy children in the future.
- Preparing for the TRP is a great way to keep fit.
By the way, graduates with the Complex badges are eligible for additional points on the Unified State Exam. Boys planning to leave for the Army immediately after school may view their participation in Ready for Labor and Defense as excellent physical preparation for future service.
So, let's look at the table of TRP standards for 5 steps and school standards for physical education for grade 10 in the 2019 academic year, compare the values, and then draw conclusions:

Does the school prepare for the TRP?
The following conclusions can be made to answer the main question:
- Among the exercises new for schoolchildren, we note "Throwing a sports equipment" weighing 500 g and 700 g. There is no such task in school disciplines;
- The school table also does not include rifle shooting, hiking, swimming, self-defense without weapons, long jump from a run, weight dash of 16 kg. This means that a teenager should take care of additional training in these areas in sports sections;
- We compared the standards themselves in the overlapping disciplines and found that they are practically the same, only in some exercises the TRP standards are slightly higher;
- In the list of school exercises, children additionally pass jumping rope, climbing a rope, exercises on uneven bars, lifting a coup on a high bar - this provides high-quality and comprehensive physical preparation both for the TRP tests and for future adult life.
Thus, athletic children already in the 10th grade can safely participate in the TRP tests at the 5th stage. For those who need to pull up a little, we recommend that you wait a little and try your hand at the final year of study.
