On October 2, Ufa pensioners competed in passing the TRP standards. The first sports day among the elderly was held in the sports hall of the Bashkir State Pedagogical University. Women from 55 years old and men from 60 years old took part in the list of tests. The list of tests included a wide variety of exercises, ranging from bending forward and ending with throwing a tennis ball into a hole.
