The final stage of the TRP festival among students of educational institutions is planned for the current year in Crimea. The sports event of the all-Russian scale will take place in the famous camp "Artek" from October 18 to November 8.
The TRP festival, whose history began in Soviet times, consists of three stages. The first is held at the municipal level and lasts until the end of spring, followed by the regional stage, which should end by early August, and after that, each constituent entity of the Russian Federation will form its own team, which will go to Artek in the fall.
In accordance with the rules, the national teams must have two boys and two girls 11-12 years old and the same number of 13-15 years old boys and girls. That is, according to the TRP standards, these are the third and fourth age stages. Only the best representatives of their regions, who managed to receive the golden insignia of the TRP, who won victories at the regional stages, receive places in the team.
In addition to the traditional TRP tests, the participants will have to try their own strengths in other sports disciplines, in particular, the relay race, as well as sambo or self-defense without weapons. A competition is also planned of a creative nature, which implies the creation of the most attractive project to promote and popularize the RLD complex among students, demonstrate the abilities of sports journalists, as well as campaigning on the benefits and attractiveness of sports.
Along with sports and entertainment events, the participants of the festival will have to not forget about the educational program, because after three weeks in Artek they should not lag behind their peers. Those interested will also be able to connect to additional educational programs that imply the development of volunteer skills, journalistic and even diplomatic abilities.
The winners and prize-winners of the team standings will be determined by the amount of points earned both directly in sports competitions and competitions of a creative nature, that is, the best participants will be those who are truly comprehensively developed. In the individual championship, the total amount of points scored for nine different tests will be taken into account.
The TRP festival at the all-Russian level will be held for the third time in a row. Earlier it was received by Belgorod and Vladimir.
