Cadets from Primorsky Territory passed the TRP

Cadets from several maritime educational institutions of Primorye, participating in the Mediterranean cruise on the frigate "Nadezhda", did not waste time, they held competitions for the delivery of the TRP.

The traditional morning for cadets on the ship begins with general exercises, and they often devote their free time to sports training, so passing the TRP standards for them is not a particular problem.

Physical exercises by young sailors are carried out under the guidance of Alexei Seliverstov, who is not only an outstanding athlete, but also the owner of the Olympic silver medal.

Fulfillment of the TRP standards directly on board the frigate is a new and very exciting experience for cadets. According to the experts on board, even harsh weather conditions do not interfere with the demonstration of excellent results by young people, which correspond to the golden insignia.

The route of the frigate "Nadezhda" passes through the basins of the Atlantic, Indian and Pacific oceans, and during a useful and exciting journey, the cadets will not only learn many things, improve their skills and physical fitness, pass the TRP, but also see many new countries, in whose ports they will come.

In addition to cadets, over 1,700 residents of the Primorsky Territory have already joined the fulfillment of the TRP standards, and a little less than half of this number actually claim to receive gold insignia. Anyone who has such a desire can take part in the delivery of sports standards by coming to one of the 23 specialized testing centers. In this case, it is necessary to have a certificate of health, indicating that a person can be allowed to perform physical exercises.
