The sports nutrition company Do4a Lab claims that its goods are made from the highest quality raw materials, that it has all the necessary certificates and other documentation confirming the quality of the products. The Do4a project was launched in 2010 by Vadim Ivanov, since 2015 the brand belongs to Alexander Storoshchuk. It includes not only the production and sale of sports nutrition, but also the largest Russian-language site about bodybuilding, sportswear companies, a network of sports stores and supermarkets.
What does the manufacturer say?
The Do4a Lab company declares the following about its own advantages:
- all products under the Do4a brand are made from raw materials purchased in Germany, which have all the necessary accompanying documents and quality certificates;
- the manufacturer seeks to make its products more accessible to the broad masses of consumers, this is achieved by a minimum margin;
- make goods for sports nutrition at the same plant where they make Evalar products;
- the manufacturer seeks to maximize the quality of the product, therefore, during its production, dyes and other not useful additives are not used (or are used to a minimum).
The company also declares that all production is as transparent as possible and speaks of its readiness to provide all the necessary documents confirming the quality of the products.
What do we really know?
Today the brand Docha and Vadim Ivanov are actively criticized. To a greater extent, this is due to his conflict with the manufacturer of the Russian sports nutrition PureProtein. He previously actively advertised this company, selling its products, and then also actively criticized.
These statements were made at different times, as a result Vadim is accused of lying. In response, the company publishes critical articles regarding the activities and quality of products of the brand founded by Vadim.
What conclusions can be drawn from the videos about the plant and products? Manufacturing facilities for Do4a protein and other sports nutrition products are located in a warehouse and occupy several premises. The production is practically not automated and there is no “clean zone” where the finished product should, in theory, be packed.

You need to understand that any business is done on the basis of the principle of maximizing profit at minimal cost. From this point of view, it is hard to call the Do4a brand bad. However, behind all this husk of mutual accusations, the quality of the product itself is somehow lost sight of. Thanks to advertising, even with a minus sign, the sales of the Do4a Lab brand are growing, they are used by real people who are trying to make themselves a beautiful body, gain muscle mass or lose weight. How safe it is, let everyone decide for himself.
