Flavors and stabilizers that make up a dietary supplement may vary depending on its taste.
On training days, it is recommended to take 1 scoop before, during or after exercise under the supervision of a trainer or sports doctor. On non-workout days - 1 serving in the morning on an empty stomach. Previously, the contents should be dissolved in 240 ml of cool water, trainers do not advise using the juice, since the additives already have a different taste.
Tablets
The composition is similar to the powder form. 1 serving contains 4 tablets. The order of admission depends on the expected physical activity.
On rest days take 1 serving, on workout days 4 tablets 3 times before, during and after exercise. For better assimilation, the taken supplement must be washed down with a glass of cool water.
