L-carnitine Rline - Fat Burner Review

L-carnitine is an aminocarboxylic acid that facilitates the transmembrane transport of fatty acids into mitochondria, where they are oxidized to form ATP. This enhances lipolysis, increases strength, endurance and exercise tolerance, and shortens the recovery time of myocytes. The recommended daily dose of the substance is 2-4 grams.

L-carnitine properties

Substance:

  • accelerates the utilization of fats;
  • increases the energy potential of the body, adaptive capabilities and resistance to stress;
  • supports the work of cardiomyocytes;
  • shortens the recovery period after training, reduces tissue hypoxia and the level of lactic acid in myocytes;
  • lowers blood cholesterol and triglyceride levels;
  • activates anabolism;
  • stimulates tissue regeneration;
  • has antihypoxic and antioxidant effects;
  • is a cardio and neuroprotector (reduces the risks of development and adverse consequences of coronary artery disease and stroke).

Release forms

The additive is made in the form:

  • jars with tasteless capsules # 200;

  • bags with powder 200 g each;
  • containers with liquid of 500 ml.

Powder Flavors:

  • a pineapple;
  • cherry;
  • melon;
  • lemon;
  • Apple.

Liquid flavors:

  • Strawberry;

  • cherry;

  • raspberry;

  • Garnet.

Composition

L-carnitine is produced as:

  • Capsules. Energy value of 1 serving or 2 capsules - 10 kcal. 1 serving equals 1500 mg of L-carnitine tartrate. The capsules are coated with gelatin.
  • Powder. 1 serving contains 1500 mg of L-carnitine tartrate.
  • Liquids. In addition to L-carnitine, the concentrate contains citric acid, sweeteners, preservatives, flavors, thickeners and colors.

How to use

BAA is taken in different forms of release.

Capsules

On training days - 1 serving in the morning and 25 minutes before training. On non-training days - 1 serving 1-2 times a day 15-20 minutes before meals. Absorption takes place in the small intestine.

Powder

On training days, the intake of 1.5-2 g of the substance is shown 25 minutes before exercise. The same dosage is allowed before breakfast. On rest days, 1.5-2 g of the substrate is used 15 minutes before breakfast and lunch.

Liquid

Shake the bottle before use. The required amount of concentrate should be dissolved in 100 ml of water. Take 1-4 servings daily.

Contraindications for all forms

Dietary supplements should not be taken with individual intolerance or immunopathological reactions to its components.

The supplement is not recommended for use during pregnancy and lactation.
