B vitamins are water-soluble; they cannot be accumulated in the body in sufficient quantities. For the proper functioning of all organs and systems, namely the normalization of the nervous system, improving the quality of sleep and increasing the rate of metabolic processes in the body, a sufficient amount of these substances is necessary, the norm of which is almost impossible to obtain with food. This problem is solved by a food supplement from the American manufacturer Solgar B-complex.
Solgar B-complex 50 contains all vitamins of this group.

Thiamin (B1)
Influences the proper assimilation of proteins, fats and carbohydrates. Supports the work of the cardiovascular system, normalizes the activity of the digestive tract. It is difficult to synthesize it from food, it is not preserved during heat treatment, and when it enters an alkaline environment it loses its beneficial properties.
Riboflavin (B2)
It has a beneficial effect on the state of the nervous system, is a building material for all cells of the body without exception, therefore it is indispensable during growth. Improves vision and stabilizes the central nervous system. Thanks to riboflavin, carbohydrates and fats are converted into energy, increasing the body's endurance.
Niacin (B3)
This substance is called the "guardian" of the human nervous system. It is niacin that prevents you from acutely reacting to minor troubles and not panicking. Another important property is the beneficial effect on the skin. Dermatitis and other skin diseases disappear under the influence of niacin. This vitamin actively fights cholesterol, preventing plaque from forming on the walls of blood vessels. B3 improves brain function by actively participating in the delivery of oxygen to its cells.
Pantothenic Acid (B5)
Vitamin has an effect on the optimal production of adrenal hormones, reducing the risk of inflammation. Thanks to the glucocorticoids produced in the adrenal cortex, inflammatory processes in the body are stopped, and the psychoemotional state of a person is stabilized.
Pyridoxine (B6)
The main function of the vitamin in the body is the regulation of blood glucose levels. Maintaining it in a stable state has a beneficial effect on brain function and normalizes the state of the nervous system, improving mood and well-being. Lack of vitamin B6 leads to irritability, frequent mood swings, and rapid fatigue. Grouping with other vitamins of this group, pyridoxine forms a powerful defense of the cardiovascular system against heart attacks, ischemic diseases and other ailments.
Biotin (B7)
It improves the condition of the skin, nail plates and hair. It helps the absorption of ascorbic acid, regulates blood sugar and normalizes the thyroid gland.
Folic acid (B9)
Participates in the synthesis of nucleic acids, which leads to the formation of new blood cells. It improves memory, brain function, sleep and human well-being.
B9 deficiency reduces fertility in both women and men, and also leads to the formation of cholesterol plaques.
Cyanocobalamin (B12)
The main function of the vitamin is to create red blood cells that renew the blood composition. Thanks to B12, fat metabolism is normalized in the liver, which contributes to the preservation of its health. This vitamin supports the functioning of the central and peripheral nervous system, preventing many diseases associated with neuroses.
Choline (B4) and Inositol (B8)
They are actively used in the treatment of serious diseases of the nervous system. They improve brain activity, liver and gallbladder function, stimulate the production of lecithin. Thanks to the intake of these vitamins, vision improves, nervous tension decreases, and sleep normalizes.
Aminobenzoic acid (B10)
Participates in the formation of folic acid, the metabolism of fats and carbohydrates, converting them into the energy necessary for the body.
