During intense sports training, not only moisture is removed from the body along with sweat, but also the microelements and nutrients concentrated in it, as a result of which their deficiency occurs. In order to restore the balance of nutritional components, athletes are advised to take special isotonic drinks.

Nutrend has released Isodrinx, an instant supplement that is excellent isotonic. Due to its balanced composition, it will not only quench thirst by replenishing the lack of fluid in the body, but also supply the cells with the necessary vitamins.

Composition

One serving of the drink, diluted with 35 grams of powder, contains 134 kcal. It contains no fat, protein and fiber. The total daily share of all vitamins included in the composition is 45%.

Release form

The supplement is available in the form of tablets in the amount of 12 pieces, intended for a single dose, and in the form of a powder for preparing a drink weighing 420 g., 525 g., 840 g.

The manufacturer offers several flavors of the drink:

• neutral;

• grapefruit;

• bitter lemon;

• black currant;

• fresh apple.

Instructions for use

The supplement in the amount of 35 grams can be diluted in different volumes of water: in 750 ml for obtaining a hypotonic solution and in 250 ml for isotonic.

You should not use mineral water to prepare a drink in order to avoid an imbalance among the constituent substances.

The powder must be completely dissolved in water, it is allowed to use a shaker.

A liter of the prepared cocktail should be divided into several receptions; you should not drink it right away. The first portion of the drink is taken 15 minutes before training. During it, another 600-700 ml is drunk, the rest is taken at the end of the session.
