Vegetable cutlets can be not only an independent dish, but also an excellent addition to fish or meat, so feel free to use them as a side dish. They have a delicate taste and an appetite-inducing aroma. At the same time, they are low-calorie and easy-to-prepare dish.
Today in our recipe we use vegetables such as potatoes, carrots, zucchini (or courgette), onions and celery. An excellent set of five vegetables will lead us to a harmonious and balanced taste. Step 1
Wash the vegetables thoroughly under running water, and then peel.

Grate potatoes, carrots, zucchini and celery on a fine grater.

Peel the onion and chop finely.

Combine all vegetables in a large bowl. If the vegetables have given a lot of excess juice, then squeeze it out a little.

Add egg and flour to vegetables. Salt to taste. You can add chopped dill or your favorite spices like pepper or basil. Mix everything well.

For a change, you can make a savory sour cream sauce. To do this, add salt to taste, spices, chopped garlic or your favorite herbs to sour cream (or yogurt).
Also, according to this recipe, you can make not portioned cutlets, but a vegetable casserole. Just put the original vegetable mass, not in portions, but in a greased baking dish and bake in the oven under the same conditions.
